We describe our products as accurately as possible. Honey is a natural product. Colour, texture and flavour may vary by season. Beekeeping kits are made for Kenyan conditions.

Ordering and acceptance

• Orders placed online or by phone are subject to availability.

• We confirm orders by email or WhatsApp once payment clears.

• If a product is unavailable we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

Pricing and payment

• Prices show in KES on the site.

• We accept payments via M-PESA and other listed gateways.

• We reserve the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

• We deliver across Kenya (see Shipping & Delivery page for details).

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or force majeure.

Returns and refunds

• For damaged or incorrect items, report within stated timeframes with photos.

Warranty and liability

• We warrant your goods will match their description.

• We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or harm from ignoring product instructions.

• Our liability for direct loss is limited to the total paid for the product.
